Primary

Secondary: chronic hepatitis B, syphilis, schistosomiasis, malaria, lung and colon cancer, melanoma; SLE, gold, mercury, penicillamine, captopril, NSAIDs

Immunofluorescence microscopy shows typical granular deposits of immunoglobulins and complement along the GBM
